Cabernet Sauvignon presents the highest level of changes and adaptations at altitudes, which makes it challenging but also all the more rewarding. Especially when it turns out like Campos' Cabernet. The fermentation takes place at moderate temperatures in order to take full advantage of Cab's adaptations and preserve the fruit's character. This Cabernet's fruit intense character and deep violet color are a result of high-altitude growth and the skill of Campos' winemakers. It is well structured with lots of black and red fruits, silky tannins and exotic spices.
