Encuentro is our first-encounter level Bolivian wine. In this vintage of Encuentro, you'll meet with two of Bolivia's most iconic grapes, Malbec and Tannat. The presence of Malbec, softens the tannins of Tannat and creates a very well-rounded blend that is fresh, fruit-forward and medium-bodied. The fermentation takes place at low temperatures in order to preserve the fruit character of this wine.
